Lake Orta is a truly lovely destination, and Casa Miralago was ideal
for our needs, the best view I have seen for a while. We all had a
great time and were extremely lucky with the weather.

| Our stay at Lake Orta was a complete pleasurable success. You have a
wonderful property in Italy. We just got home last night after spending a
day in Milan and an overnight stay in Paris before our return flight.
We enjoyed meeting and having afternoon drinks with the two couples from England and the couple from Australia.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The apartment afforded all our needs
and is in such an idyllic spot, yet close to so many different amenities.
We explored Orta town, the island, the beach, a train trip to Milan but
particularly enjoyed a day driving to Macugnaga. We will certainly consider
another visit.

| Just returned from our third trip to Vacciago and it gets better
every time. Casa Glicine provided an excellent base for the week. Unfortunately,
our very basic Italian did not stretch to telling Edo how much we liked the
apartment, so we'd be grateful if you could pass on our thanks.
We are missing our daily trips to La Bottega and wish we had a shop like that at the end of our road. The weather was fantastic and got better as the week progressed. We saw Monte Rosa every day (quite amazing since we only saw it once during our previous two-week stay) and the views from Mottarone were stunning. We were particularly impressed with the Vecchio Circolo restaurant in Lortallo - the food and service were excellent. All in all, we had a fantastic week and didn't want to come home!

| You ask for feedback on our stay at Darsena...
Well it was as wonderful as anticipated. You undersold it with the description, really. The 'Roof Terrace', the outside 'balcony' with chairs to swim from, seeing the fish and a water snake/eel? As we are foody people in an ideal world we would have liked fuller cooking facilities - but the website was very clear and fair about this, so that's not a complaint! We also think you undersold Villa Crespi for dining. We had an absolutely marvellous meal there. Really good, interesting food. Very helpful and proper guidance on wine. And one of the absolutely best cheese courses ever - again with helpful guidance through the amazing selection (asking for help and a serving of their chosen selection essential here!) So many thanks for a wonderful holiday.

| We had a wonderful holiday. What an exceptional place - so
quiet and peaceful, despite being so close to Milan, and of course Orta san
Giulio is completely captivating. The Cinque Terre was very comfortable and
we couldn't fault it. We would certainly love to go back one day.
My wife is the novelist Denyse Woods / Denyse Devlin and the Casa sul Lago provided the perfect setting for research for her next novel, part of which is to be set on Lake Orta. Many thanks again for all your help, and if we do go back at some stage in the future we'll definitely book it through you.

| Thank you for your prompt request for bank details to repay our deposit;
it is a pleasure doing business with you. As for your villa, we had a super
time. It was a delight to see that the apartment and everything in it was
brand new and of good quality - we especially appreciated the feather pillows,
the washing machine and the iron. We made the correct decision to choose
Ciao Italia as the pool made such a difference to our holiday.

| We recently returned to Australia after finishing our holiday in Italy.
This is just a brief note to thank you for your assistance re accommodation at Lake Orta. Jenny and I and the other couple we travelled with had a wonderful time at the Lake and found your accommodation very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool, found Rachel very helpful and approachable and the location very convenient. We would be more than happy to recommend your apartment to others travelling to the Lake.

| We had a great week - managed walks 1, 4, & 5. They were great,
even the kids enjoyed them! The view is spectacular - an experience
we won't forget.

| We had a wonderful time at the Villa Gelsomina and will definitely
go back again. Everything about the villa was perfect and Karen and I enjoyed
ourselves very much We really should have booked the two weeks... All your
detailed instructions and directions where first class.
Regarding the telephone card: I bought a card (last year) in a small shop on Lake Garda for a cost of only €5 euros which I did not use at the time. The card was called Europa and was issued in Italy by Vectone (see www.vectone.com - UK Company). The phone in the villa worked perfectly, we called an Italian free phone number and then used a pin. We must have made at least 10 calls to the UK and two to America and we still had minutes left when we left!

| We had a really excellent time around Lake Orta last week,
helped by your very comfortable apartment and the support of Marco. The
descriptions on your web site and in the material that you sent to us were
entirely accurate; we just didn't realise how quiet an Italian village is!
We met some lovely people, including the shop owner (he tried to teach us some Italian - some success with my wife but I remain resolutely uneducated in this area!). Also the man who kindly offered to lead us back to the right road when we'd got badly lost coming out of Linate; he said it wasn't much out of his way, but I think he was being generous! Sandie put some notes in your visitor's book and my mother has asked whether you have any apartments in other areas. She particularly liked the garden area.

| I would just like to say what a wonderful time we had in Italy at Lake
Orta; the apartment was really nice and the setting was lovely. We would
definitely recommend it to our friends and would go again. We did a couple
of the walks you sent us and we also went to Stresa for the day.

Thanks so much for returning the deposit. (I just got back last night,
and am sitting down to the computer for the first time.) Yes, we enjoyed
both Lake Orta and the apartment VERY much We made the mistake of making
the trip to Lake Como, and immediately fled back to the peace of Orta. Thank
