Miami beach is located at the south end of Lake Orta, and is a wonderful place to spend the day.  The licensed bar serves drinks, ice-creams, coffee, snacks, and light meals.  There are canoes and pedaloes for hire, and staying with Holiday Homes at Lake Orta, you get a 25% discount on the entrance fees, umbrellas, and sun-beds (details of how to obtain this discount will be provided in your location pack).  With a lifeguard on duty, it's a lovely place, well-organised and properly looked after.
