Our approach to offering holiday accommodation

We believe in Lake Orta as an absolutely wonderful holiday destination,
and understand in detail what the area has to offer. Our web site offers
plenty of background on the local area, so you can understand the sort of
things you can do there.

We really want you to have a good time. We care about your stay,
and do everything we can so that you are comfortable in your apartment and
get the most out of this great area. We value highly the resulting
word-of-mouth referrals and repeat bookings.

We want to make sure that your apartment meets your needs. We
use your needs, and only your needs, as the basis of what apartment is best
for you, and will tell you straight if we think an apartment is unsuitable.
You can help us in this regard by telling us as much as possible about
your group: always let us know how many couples there are, and the ages of
any under-21s, not least so that the beds are right for your group. Let
us know how you are travelling, any early or late arrival times, any
disabilities, and any other special needs. We know most of the apartments
intimately, so ask us any detail that is important to you.

Plenty of clear and accurate information about apartments. Our
web site provides as much clear and accurate information about the apartments
as possible, so that you can make a fully informed choice. And when
you've booked, the information on the web site is backed up by a comprehensive
location pack with everything you need for your stay. All the information
is as accurate and as up-to-date as possible, so that when you get there
there are no surprises.

Keen pricing. We like to keep our prices very competitive, so
that you feel you've had good value for money. We want to fill our
apartments throughout the season, rather than feel we've charged as much
as we could from a small number of clients.

We make clear what we expect from you, in terms of looking after the
place as you would your own home, keeping the place reasonably clean, and
putting things back afterwards if you've moved things around. This
helps us to contain our cleaning costs, and prepare apartments for the next
occupants in a manageable time.

Changes. We will keep you informed if, very exceptionally, anything
about your apartment changes before you get there.

Booking amendments. We accept
alterations and
cancellations, that are sometimes
necessary, without fuss, as per our terms and
conditions.

Problems with the apartment. If you have any issues about the
apartment when you are there, or anything is
broken and needs fixing, we will sort
these out as soon as possible as per our terms and
conditions. You can help us by always reporting any such issues
as soon as they occur.

Miscellaneous help. If there is some other crisis when you are
there, and need a chemist, doctor, left your passport somewhere, or have
a problem with a hire car or airport (we have had all of these recently...!),
we will do our best to help. We are always contactable, and we can
quickly get in touch with local staff and local services to bring help to
you as necessary.
And if you think we are falling short in any of the above, let us know, we
will do our best to put it right!
