Punta Movero is a beautiful ground floor apartment in the 'Casa sul Lago' (see picture below), sleeping 4 people, just a stroll from the delightful lake-side village of Orta San Giulio. There is are two double bedrooms (one can be a twin). Every room has wonderful lake views. The apartment has its own sunny private garden (in addition to the shared one for the whole house on the lake-front), with second dining table.

Casa sul Lago

Casa sul Lago is a unique period villa in an idyllic sun-drenched lake-side setting on the south side of the Orta peninsular, just 5 minutes walk from the delightful village of Orta San Giulio. In Orta San Giulio there are shops, a multitude of trattorias and restaurants, and cafes where you can sit and admire the view of the lake and island.

Casa sul Lago is on the 'residents-only' road leading to Orta San Giulio, and so is very peaceful, used mainly by people strolling from the village of Orta San Giulio.

There is a private garden on the lake front for use of all apartments in the Casa sul Lago, with its own jetty. There is a shared laundry room on the first floor, with two washing machines.

There is a private Car Park, 700 metres away, but you can drive up to the Casa sul Lago to unload and load.

The other apartments in Casa sul Lago which we offer are Belvedere (3 bedrooms, 1st floor), and Cinque Terre (1 bedroom, 2nd floor).

Accommodation

Punta Movero has one double/twin bedroom with double bed or two singles, and a second bedroom with double sofa-bed. There is one bathroom with a shower with whirlpool massage shower. There is satellite TV.

Your stay at Punta Movero

The cost, fully inclusive of all services (including heating in the winter), linen (weekly change), and towels, is as follows:

£810 per week - high season rate (10-7-2008 to 4-9-2008, and any week with an Italian public holiday* in it)
£730 per week - low season rate (all other times).

For Punta Movero, arrivals and departures should be Thursday (some flexibility is possible in October through May). Arrivals should be after 4pm please, departures before 10am.
