We
are delighted to offer new this year l'Isola, a wonderful one bedroom
apartment, sleeping 2 to 4, in the main square of Orta
San Giulio, on the second floor. There is a lounge and dining area,
with small terrace with table and chairs at the back for al fresco
dining (view over neighbouring houses), with double bedroom overlooking the
Orta's main square (Piazza Motta) and the Island of San Giulio. The
lounge area has both a double sofa bed and two single sofa beds, so the apartment
is ideal either for 2 couples or for a couple with two children. The
kitchen has 4 gas rings, microwave, and small fridge (picture below).
The bathroom has small bath tub with shower attachment (picture
below). Total floor area about 65 m2.
Stay here to wake up to one of the most beautiful views in the world (see above the view of square and island - and on the right, peeping through your curtains!), and to experience this idyllic car-free village with its wonderful selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The location right in Orta San Giulio is perfect for getting to know this unique village and the surrounding area, and for sampling the wide range of restaurants all located in close walking distance.
Secure public parking is available 200 metres away (5 minutes walk) in the multi-storey car park (pay on exit, approx €8 per day at present).
The cost, fully inclusive of electricity, hot water, gas for cooker, and linen is as follows:
The above costs are fully inclusive for groups of 2 or less. For groups of 3 or 4, there is an additional charge of £19 per person per week (or part week) for the 3rd and 4th person, to cover linen costs.
For l'Isola, arrivals and departures can be any day of the week (minimum stay 3 nights). Arrivals should be after 3pm and departures before 10am.
