The three qualifying weeks can be at any time of year.

• This offer only applies to the following apartments (both for qualifying and free weeks): Casa Glicine, Casa Bartula, Casa Bella, Casa Miralago, and all apartments in Villa Gelsomina.
• The three qualifying weeks can be together, in successive years (like a 3 year timeshare) or in any other arrangement of your choosing.
• The free week can be before, adjacent or after the three qualifying weeks, as long as the balance is paid for the three qualifying weeks when booking the free week.
• If the free week is in a different apartment from that for the qualifying weeks, we ask for the difference in price (if any) to be paid for the free week.
• If the composition of your party changes, at least one person in your party must be present for all the weeks booked.
• Where applicable, our normal heating charges are required.
• Our normal returnable security deposit of £100 (or eur 150, or US$200) is required for the free week.
• The reference "3+1" must be quoted when booking all qualifying weeks.
